The characteristics of the cooling fan itself are different from other products. The cooling fan actively agitates the air and accelerates the air flow, so it also sucks in dust. There are two main aspects of inhaling dust. One is sucking into the bearing and the other is sucking into the rotor and stator. Inhaling dust has more or less influence on the cooling fan. Common methods generally start from the following two aspects.

      1. When designing, increase the height where the motor is mounted on the outer frame to allow the motor to sink, reduce the distance between the stator and the rotor, and reduce the entry of dust.

      2. Using double ball bearings, the balls have a certain degree of dust resistance, and the bearings are not susceptible to serious interference.

      In addition to the above two aspects, dust-proof protection from the cooling fan itself, adding a dust-proof net to the fan is also a very effective way. Because the amount of cooling fans with dust-proof design is small, most manufacturers do not have such molds, so it is more advisable to add a dust-proof net without opening the mold.

      For the cooling fan manufacturer, let the fan be able to ventilate, and the role of heat dissipation is the first factor, but it can make the cooling fan perform its due function for a long time, that is, reliability. This is an important factor to measure the strength of a cooling fan manufacturer. I have been in the project for a long time, and the quality assurance is always strong. Our company will consider the following factors for the reliability of the cooling fan.

     1. Temperature rise: ambient temperature, the temperature of the motor itself, the temperature rise of the general motor does not exceed 110 degrees).

     2. Current: The endurance of the chip needs to be fully considered. When designing, the actual current will be lower than the nominal current of the chip.

     3. Withstand voltage: In view of the voltage stability of the customer's products and the ability to withstand the voltage of the cooling fan, the voltage of some products is not stable and will be high.

     4. Anti-interference: Some products have strong static electricity in the environment where the cooling fan is installed, and the cooling fan needs to be protected.

     5. Waterproof: Some products deal with humid environments or work in water, we need to consider the waterproof level of the cooling fan.

      The above 5 items are the reliability factors to be considered for the cooling fan itself. In addition to these, there are also some installation factors, odor factors and other cooling fans that need to be adjusted. If the customer proposes, we will take corresponding countermeasures.
