      The input of the DC DC fan is DC, and the general DC voltages are: 3V, 12V, 24V, 32V, 48V, 5V, 60V, 25.5V, 42V, 18V, 15V. The principle of operation is based on the right-hand rule of Ampere. When a conductor passes current, a magnetic field will be generated around it. If the conductor is placed in another fixed magnet, it will generate attraction or repulsion, causing the object to move. A rubber magnetic strip that has been charged with magnetism before. Surrounding the silicon steel sheet, the shaft is wound with two sets of coils, and the Hall induction component is used as a synchronous detection device to control a set of circuits that make the two sets of coils wound on the shaft work in turn. The silicon steel sheet produces different magnetic poles, and this magnetic pole and the rubber magnet produce repulsive force. When the repulsive force is greater than the static friction of the fan, the fan blade rotates naturally. Since the Hall sensor component provides the synchronization signal, the fan can continue to operate. As for the direction of rotation, it can be determined by Fleming's right-hand rule.




      The AC AC fan inputs AC power. The general AC voltages are: 100V, 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V, 115V, 230V, 380V. The principle of operation: the power supply voltage will alternate between positive and negative, which must be controlled by the circuit. Group coils work in turn to generate different magnetic fields. AC fan has a fixed power frequency, so the magnetic pole change speed generated by silicon steel sheet is determined by the power frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the magnetic field switching speed, and theoretically the faster the speed, just like a DC fan The more the number of poles, the faster the rotation speed is the same, but the frequency should not be too fast, too fast will cause difficulty in activation.




      According to the working principle, we can know that there are permanent magnets inside the rotor of the DC cooling fan but not the AC cooling fan, and the DC fan has a PCB board but the AC fan does not. In terms of frame blades, the frame and blades of the DC fan are generally plastic The material is generally made of plastic material, mainly PBT material, which is usually applied in the form of 30% fiber addition, but the AC fan frame is generally made of metal frame, including aluminum alloy and iron. In terms of parameters, the power consumption of a DC fan is much smaller than that of an AC, and an AC cooling fan can achieve a much lower speed than a DC cooling fan, but the price is more expensive than a DC cooling fan.
